By donating to this fund, you are contributing to a better world for the generations to come. The NGO's in this fund combat the destruction of the ecosystem in different ways and are effective to change policies or more in the front lines of the conservation of nature e.g. the Amazon.

On 30 September an earthquake struck off the coast of Bogo City, Cebu province. There are 69 reported deaths and 201 injuries (expected to rise in the coming days), mostly in Bogo City, Medellin, and San Remigio and over 111,600 individuals have been affected, with more than 20,000 displaced, mostly are staying outside evacuation centers. Initial reports indicate widespread damage to homes, churches, public buildings, roads, and ports. Many displaced families are sheltering in front of their houses and in open spaces due to the ongoing aftershocks.

A powerful offshore 6.9 magnitude earthquake struck near Bogo City in the Philippines in the late evening of September 30, 2025. More than 60 casualties and 150 injuries have been reported, and homes, businesses, and infrastructure have been destroyed. Relief efforts are currently underway, including search and rescue efforts, medical intervention, meal distribution, and other critical services. Your donation to this Fund will help support the following organizations as they work to support relief and recovery efforts in the region. Please note the organizations included in this Fund are subject to change as we learn more about needs on the ground.

On behalf of the, "Buis Book Foundation," LCAT is looking to make this Holiday season brighter than ever before for several Georgia youth ranging in grades K-4. Our goal? Collect books for students to enjoy during their Holiday Break, who often times miss out on the Holiday Cheer so many experience, from poverty and limited resource. The nation's largest single location food drive, benefitting Camden and Philadelphia! Help Campbell's win first place in the business competition. The Preston & Steve Show is a live weekday morning radio show on Philadelphia’s rock station, 93.3 WMMR. Since 1998, the hosts, Preston Elliot and Steve Morrison, have been hosting the Camp Out for Hunger or families in the Delaware Valley. During the Camp Out, Preston and Steve live in a parking lot of Philadelphia's Xfinity Live! inside The Wells Fargo Center Complex for a week. They sleep in an RV, broadcast their show every morning, and invite celebrities, businesses and local citizens to come by to donate food for Philabundance. In 2024, the event collected 1,661,016lbs of food. That’s over 830 TONS of food. They also saw $995,710 in monetary donations. Every $1 donated equals 3 pounds of food that Philabundance can purchase from suppliers. As one of the most iconic food companies in the U.S. whose headquarters are in the hub of the Camp Out’s listening area, an employee-led committee is hoping to win first place in Camp Out's "business challenge". Employees based out of HQ can also donated canned food at the donation bins located around campus.

Rains have caused landslides and severe floods in many parts of the country and killed hundreds. Parts of Punjab, Haryana and Rajasthan have received heavy rains and overall rainfall in northwest India has been far above normal. Since 2002, Big Bikes Helping Little Tykes has been raising money for kids to go to camp at Camp One Step in Lake Geneva, WI. All monies go directly to help pay for the kids to attend camp when their families are overburdened with medical costs.

September is World Alzheimer's Month, a global campaign dedicated to raising public awareness about Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia. The following nonprofits are doing the critical work to educate communities, support those living with Alzheimer's as well as their caregivers and families, and advocate for improved care and innovative treatment research.

Honoring Our Dad In 2015, our father Jerry lost his battle with cancer. Many of his hobbies involved being outdoors, something that he has passed on to each of us. He especially enjoyed long walks in the country. This year, we’re participating in a Run/Walk fundraiser for the American Cancer Society on a country race course. It’s the same event some of us walked in 2014, while he was recovering in the hospital from surgery. Cancer has touched nearly every family. An estimated 40% of Americans will be diagnosed with cancer at some point in their lives. That staggering statistic is a powerful reminder of how much work is still needed to fight this disease and support those affected by it. We're raising funds to support research, treatment, and care through the American Cancer Society, an organization doing critical work in the fight against cancer. Every donation helps move us closer to a world with more survivors. If you're able, we would be deeply grateful for your support. We will match 50% of the first $1k of donations.

Lastly, Elder Abuse Prevention Ontario provides support to seniors affected by abuse and delivers trainings and public awareness on the increasing issue of elder abuse.

Better living is a community program for a sober Living house. Funds will be used to help those who truly need it to obtain the financing to get into a sober living community. Funding will cover their first months rent, help with cost of obtaining a photo ID and credentials for employment. Many people struggle with overcoming addiction, even those who have completed inpatient treatment because coming out of treatment they do not have the support or the finances they need to continue in recovery. Sober living provides a strong stable safe environment and a connection with the sober community. Being in a sober living house plays a crucial role in maintaining their sobriety. While there they will attend meetings, get a sponsor, work the 12 steps, gain employment and build the skills they need to beat addiction and provided them with life time of recovery. It isn't easy to do this alone and to have the resources,support and care from others who are in recovery along with a safe environment free from drugs and alcohol will help those live a better life. Thses funding will be granted to those who qualify, qualifications will be based off income, completed treatment programs, sobriety date and a letter of recommendation from either a treatment center, councilor or doctor and the will to stay sober. A application will be filled out and processed by the program director to determine eligibility. Some small towns such as pratt Ks , Kingman Ks and medicine lodge kansas has no sober living houses. I would like to get funding to bring sober living to those communities. Residence at A Better living sober house all must obtain employment in 2 weeks, pay 140 a week for housing. Attend 2 meetings a week if employed 7 meets a week if not employed. Each resident will have weekly house chores, be subject to random UAs/BAs. Hold a house meeting once a week to insure everyone is following house rules, paying dues , and gainfully looking for employment. We will fallow same rules and regulations as any Oxford House. Let's come together and help cure addiction and give hope to those who want to live a sober life.
